Walter “Tootsie” Nihipali Sr., 83 of Honolulu, He was a retired Refuse Collector form the City and County of Honolulu, he was also a Truck Deliver from Hawaiian Pine Security Guard at Rehab Center of the Pacific., passed away January 12, 2012. He was born in Honolulu, HI. He is survived by sons, Walter (Bobbi) Jr., Earle (Roberta), Ronald “Kunani” (Ipo) and Gary (Mikilani) Nihipali; sister; Pea Kalili; brothers, Joseph “Kiddit” and Ray Patrick Nahipali;13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; predeceased by wife, Gertrude Caroline Blasque Nhihipali; casual attire.
