I am writing this to congratulate you on having two individuals that showed tremendous kindness in our time of sorrow. The two individuals are Kalei Wong and Bill Amigone. We needed to have two services for my son, one in Hilo and one at Diamond Head and they helped us coordinate the services, the newspaper, the flowers, and everything that made our son's service, in Honolulu so beautiful. The kindness that we were shown resonates in our family and we will always remember the "kindness." Mahalo Nui LoaJohn K. June 29, 2017

Thank you for the great service provided at my dad's interment. I want to especially recognize Devin for his wonderful assistance. He remained in the background but made us feel like he was available to assist us in any way. He was patient, pleasant and very respectful. With much appreciation and aloha A.SA.S
My brain felt numb and foggy when my dad passed and now I needed to plan a funeral. Cherie and Bill from DH Mortuary were passionate, resourceful and very helpful with every step of planning. They both were patient with me as they pleasantly answered the countless calls I made to them asking about details. I felt confident with their help that everything was going to be OK. Sharon from DH Memorial Park was very friendly and careful with my details for the final process for my dad. I can't say enough wonderful things about this team. They made a sad event flow smoothly so I didn't have to worry about the little stuff. Thank you Diamond Head Mortuary and Diamond Head Memorial Park for working together and making my experience less painful. W.B.W.B

Bill - thank you very much for all of your assistance with D.'s funeral. Your made the military honors ceremony so special. The nine members of the US Army followed your lead and were exceptional. Dan at the cemetery ensured that every detail was handled beautifully, right up to the final salute by the workers at the grave site. It was memorable.R.D.

Mr. William Amigone, Thank you again. The formal memorial service was attended by more than 30 people. the Buddhist service went well. I'm sure Mrs. K.I. is now with her ancestors in Okinawa. Attendants at the service thanked me for "rescuing" Mrs.I. I told them that without Bill Amigone of Diamond Head Memorial Park, I could not have retrieved the urn. I am glad that I was introduced to you.M.Y.
Bill Amigone, Greetings! It has been a LONG while: ( Don't even know if you remember me?) I remember you well and, recently, thought of you more so.... What a heartwarming newspaper article in the Star-Advertiser June 17th issue. How very nice of you to help lay K.I. to rest. Surely you saw the article? If not here is a copy that you may keep. Still plan to stop by and have a "funeral arrangements" discussion with you. Will call for an appointment, promise.... Meanwhile, do take care. Looking forward to seeing you again.....K.
