Anita Yen Tai Kam Souza 87, of Aiea, Hawaii passed away on March 3rd, 2016 in Honolulu, Hawaii. She was born on January 31st, 1929 to Philip Kam and Jennie (Zane) in Honolulu, Hawaii. Anita was a retired Clerical Worker from the Federal Aviation Administration and a retired Cashier from the State of Hawaii.
She is survived by son, Richard "Woody" B.K. Lee; daughter, Lisa Ann Lee; grandchildren, Aimee Lee Kobayashi, Alana "Sachi" (Vincent Nguyen) Kobayashi and Marisa K. Alderman; 2 great grandchildren, Jaden and Olivia Wahinealoha Nguyen; brother, Herman (Loretta) Kam.
