She was such a humble and friendly woman. She made me feel very welcomed whenever I visited her, though she hardly knew me.
Barbara Jean’s children should feel blessed to call her, “mom”.
I will never forget her.

My deepest sympathy to you on the passing of your beautiful beloved mother, Barbara (Mrs. Perreira to me 🤗). What a wonderful long life she had! I have often thought of your mother over the years and will always remember and appreciate the kindness and generosity that both your mother and father gifted me. So very grateful to have met and known them.
One of my favorite memories is the delicious tuna macaroni salad that Mrs. Perreira made and that I loved and enjoyed consuming! To this day, I still make the salad on occasion and always think fondly of your mother.💕 So happy she shared her yummy recipe with me.
May your wonderful Mom Rest In Peace and may God bless all of you and your families.🙏🏼

I remember that cousin Barbara and Jonathan were willing to give Bobby and I a chance when we were first married and had kids. We rented an apartment on Spreckels St. from them and we appreciated this since we were young and had little credit history. They could have been snooty, but they were not that way at all. I remember all their birds and the wonderful mango trees on Kewalo.
