I remember sharing time with Bernard and Helen Hurtig at their home and during our visit to the Netsuke Convention held at the Kahala Hilton. Bernie was a warm and generous person with an eye for fine Netsuke and shared his love for this art form with many collectors. My heartfelt sympathy to Helen and the family.He will be missed.
