Kylie Mitchell
in honor of Bernice.
I don't have any memories of her but she was my great great grandma and she passed away when I was just about to turn 3 years old. I think my fondest memory of her existence was when I was about 6 years old, I came downstairs in my old house while crying and I said, "I miss taipo!" Even though I probably didn't remember her very much. (Taipo is the Chinese word for great-grandma. She had a lot of nicknames.) I was just thinking about how she was no longer in the world and it made me sad.
Rest in peace, and I just wanted to let her know that all of her family and children are doing well.
