Betty Toshiko Torigoe's Obituary
A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on May 1, 2018, at the age of 92. Born on August 27, 1925, in Pahala, Hawaii. She was a retired secretary for the City & County of Honolulu Redevelopment Agency. Preceded in death by husband, Robert, and son, Scott. Betty is survived by children Cindy (Blair) Takara, Noel (Lynne) Torigoe, and Jamie (Dexter) Mitte. Grandchildren Bryce, Jessica (Aaron), and Trevor Takara; Whitney (Jess) Smith, Marisa, Easton, Jake (Jenna), and Joey Torigoe; Leslie (Everett) Fujii, Kyle (Danielle) Kagami, Tiare, and Dmitrius Mitte. Great-grandchildren Kaiya, Chloe, and Carson Kagami; Lily and Ian Fujii; Treyton Torigoe. Sister Miyako Mukai. Visitation: 1:00 pm. Services: 2:00 pm on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at Diamond Head Mortuary Chapel. No flowers, casual attire.
