Brandt - even though it's been over a month since we lost you it is still hard for us to understand why you were taken away from us way too soon. You were so talented with all of your carpentry adding your touch around the house, from the cabinets in the closet to the remodeled bathroom. So talented in the kitchen with your delicious cooking at our family dinners, your lau lau and ox tail soup were the bomb. My kids were always talking about how much they liked the way you and Jenn brought up your kids with a firm hand but at the same time showing them how much you loved them. You were Jenn's rock when we lost Chloe and though we can never replace you just know that we will always be there for your family. You are greatly missed and loved. You are forever in our hearts.

Brandt – I always enjoyed your company- whether it be casual conversation during family dinners or laughs while playing with the kids. You were introduced into our family when I was quite young, which is why I really feel like I’ve grown up constantly surrounded by your wonderful presence! I’m truly saddened, shocked, even in disbelief, and haven’t yet comprehended what exactly has happened, but it’s made me realize how much of an impact and huge role you’ve had in our family. I’d like to thank you for all that you’ve done for our family and for making it feel a little more complete! Brandt, words cannot express our sadness. Someone as kind, warm, and gentle spirited like you will be remembered and remain in our hearts forever. You were truly a renaissance man with many gifts and we were privileged and honored to have witnessed and benefited from your many talents. We will miss all the delicious food that you made at the family gatherings or a morsel of something that you experimented with. We were lucky enough to taste the joong you made. Hands down it rivaled a seasoned little-old Chinese lady’s joong.
Whenever we open our shutters now, we always give thanks to you for adding a beautiful feature to our home and give a shout out “Brandto.”
We will always cherish the beautiful memories we had with you. You were taken from us far too soon. Our hearts are broken again. But we take comfort that you are now united with Chloe Bear. We know that you both are walking with God and will be watching over Reiden and Allie. Your love will light the way for them.

We are saddened with the passing of Brandt. He was such a great and talented guy. He was also a terrific cook. I will learn how to make joong like he did. It is hard to understand what God had planned for all of us. Take comfort in knowing that he is in God's presence with Chloe. He is greatly missed and will forever be in our hearts. 1) Your huge dopey tattoo on your back
2) Fishtailing on the H1 on our way home from Ice Palace. There wasn’t enough seats so I was sitting on someone’s lap and I whacked my head on the door! Then my mom calls me after we pulled over on the side of the road telling Brandt to drive home safely. We found out later that Brandt broke the axel with all the force it took to regain control of the car!
3) All the good times with you, Jenn, Sid, and Elliot.

Brandt..we all are going to miss you. The good times back in the days when we were in high school we had fun going to events from wrestling to judo and going to the beach on the weekends with our friends. Your memories lives in us. Although we lost contact after high school, you were like a brother. Thanks being in our lives. Now go fly with the angels.
