My heart goes out to John and Sean. You both were the center of her universe.I was blessed to have known Cheryl for the past 21 years. She came to see me every month for all those years and we had many wonderful talks and shared many laughs and tears (usually mine!) while I did her nails. We talked about life, love, kids, work, the world in general. She counseled and comforted me with the wisest words of anyone I have ever known with all of my life struggles. She helped me when I was diagnosed with breast cancer with wisdom gained from her own experiences. She was my friend and I will miss her and our times together so much. Even with all she was suffering with, she still took the time to call me and remind me that life is too short; don't put things off. She was truly a gift from God and now He has called her home to continue her blessings from above. Be at peace my special friend. All that we love deeply, becomes a part of us. Helen KellerI will always have a special place in my heart for Cheryl. We have so many memories together, my fondest is Christmas. We celebrated and decorated together for nearly two decades. We would reminisce every year to "White Christmas."I have a favorite song from a Broadway musical, "Wicked."
