Deborah Jo Davis' Obituary
Deborah Davis, known as Debbie to family and friends, was a Building Manager and life-long resident of Honolulu, HI, she passed away unexpectedly on February 2, 2020 at the age of 65 peacefully at home. Debbie is survived by her husband Ricky Davis; Grandson Austin Chaffee-Poor; siblings, Terry and wife Carol Meyer; John and wife Dora Robinson; Many nieces and nephews who adored her, and family. Debbie was born in Utah on October 2, 1953 to Lillian Irene Meyer and Eugene Otto Meyer. She completed he education in Sacramento, CA. On September 20, 1993, she married Ricky a longtime friend, coworker, and confidant. Debbie was a loving and devoted wife. One of her favorite hobbies was sailing, her favorite adventure including sailing from California to Hawaii. She enjoyed swimming, golfing, and dancing the night away. Her favorite spot was the salt flat side at Sandy's Beach, to which she often frequented. She was a no nonsense speak her mind type of woman who lovingly placed others before herself. She was a spiritual woman that had a deep faith in God. She will be deeply missed by her friends, family, and all who knew her. Funeral Services will be held at Diamond Head Mortuary Chapel on Tuesday, February 11, 2020; Visitation to begin at 5:00 p.m. with Services to follow at 6:00 p.m. please join us for food and refreshments on the lanai follow the service.
