Elaine C. Jay 80, of Honolulu, passed away on August 3rd, 2016 in Honolulu. She was born on February 25, 1936 in Tian Jin, China to Chi Fu and Chi Yuen Chow. Elaine was a retired Realtor.
She is survived by husband, Donald M.S. Jay; son, Jeffrey C. Jay; daughters, Julianne C. (Jonathan) Hughes and Jennifer C. (Aron) Oakes; grandchildren, Diana Hughes, Tristan Hughes and Wynne Oakes.
Attire: Casual
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Waialae Baptist Church.
