Elizabeth Jean Keener's Obituary
Elizabeth Keener is the daughter of Robert and Nancy Meister. She grew up on Essex Street in Kansas City, Kansas. In years later, after their childhood home caught on fire, her parents moved into her Grandmother's house, where she stayed until she graduated from high school and attended junior college. Time passed, and she and her folks moved on to Wichita, Kansas where she found love, eventually marrying who became the love of her life, Jimmy Keener, on October 13, 2007.
When Robert, her Father, passed in 2011, Elizabeth and Jimmy took Nancy to live in Honolulu, Hawaii. Our Mother Nancy passed shortly after moving to Hawaii. Elizabeth was a very dear sister to me. I got to see her and Jimmy just last year in Las Vegas. She and Jimmy passed within days of one another, almost one year to the day after that visit.
May the Lord God of Heaven, receive them, and give them eternal comfort.
