Eunice Bow Chun Ho's Obituary
Eunice B.C. Ho, 96 of Kaimuki, who owned and operated Ho's Kitchenette in Chinatown, died at home on Saturday, May 21, 2016. She was the wife of Richard Y.C. Ho who preceded her in death in August 1956. Her son, Leonard Ho also preceded her in death in April 2003. Born in Honolulu, she was the daughter of the late Ping Wo and Fu Kwai Au. She is survived by sons, Gordon, Norman and Harrison; daughter, Patricia Dixon; brother, Herbert Au; sisters, Ruby Chung, Henrietta Yamamoto, and Ellen Wong; 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
