Eunice Yuen Oy Kong Lau, 92 of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away in Honolulu on December 2, 2013. She was the retired owner of Gum Chew Lau Noodle Factory. She is survived by her son; Foster K. C. (Patricia Young) Lau, Daughter; Victoria L. (Donald) Kong, and Granddaughter; Dory Jay G. F. Kong. Services will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Diamond Head Mortuary Chapel. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. with service at 11:30 a.m. and Burial at 12:45 p.m. at Diamond Head Memorial Park. Aloha Attire
