To Nana, from your favorite granddaughter, Dayna:
You were our treasured matriarch. It seemed like for all of those years, your loving mission was to teach us. Your lessons were about how to treat each other well, take the time to get to know people, that people are good but to be cautious of them at the same time, and how to save money and prepare for the future.
Above all, the top two lessons that you tried to convey were that family is number one and no arguing. I can tell you right now that, since this family is overrun with females and estrogen, you might as well forget about the no arguing rule! But, no matter how much we argue, we will always love each other. Thank you for everything, because everything that you did was out of love for everyone. I love you and miss you, but I find solace in the fact that you are once again with Papa, YOUR dog Peanut, and everyone else that you've been missing. See you again someday.
My sincere condolences to your family. May you find comfort found in the words of Isaiah 25:8
