Lily,Junior and Sisters:As a young person in construction, Francis embraced me from day one. We spent many hours together discussing operations, manpower, fishing and family.I enjoyed our discussions, which always brought a "smile to my face". I was saddened by his retirement.Our paths crossed occasionally, but less and less frequently. On those special occasions, I always departed with a "smile on my face".Senior was more than a boss, he was my friend.
