Gerald Kaonohi "Papa" Leslie, 78, of Honolulu, a retired marine machinist engineer with Pearl Harbor Shipyard Shop 38 and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons William "Kaipo", Gordon "Busta" (Jodi) and Guy "Kalani" (Stephanie); daughters Geraldine "Eve" (Emilio) Pascua, Georgette "Harry" (Daniel) Arruda and Gordean "Deanie" (Thomas) Leslie-Walk; sisters Muriel Kahoonei and June Borden; 13 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Preceded in death by wife Audrey Leinaala Leslie and son Gerald Kaonohi "Junka" Leslie, Jr. Visitation 9:30 a.m. Diamond Head Mortuary; service 10:30 a.m. Burial 12:45 p.m. Diamond Head Memorial Park. Casual Attire. No flowers.
