Dear Ejercito Family,Please accept our sincere condolences and deepest sympathy at this time. Mrs. Ejercito was my son's Kindergarten teacher back in 1981. Shawn was a December baby and not quite ready for school - however, Mrs. Ejercito was very caring and patient with him. Shawn cried every day for 3 weeks and finally, he got used to being away from me and enjoyed his time with his classmates and Mrs. Ejercito.During the school year in 1981, I would volunteer my time to go along on field trips and would also read aloud to the children in Shawn's class. That is how I first got involved with Ala Wai Elementary School. Mrs. Ejercito always invited me to get involved in school events.Mrs. Ejercito was always pleasant, enjoyed teaching and I just loved how she looked every day in her beautiful dresses. She always complimented me when I became more involved at Ala Wai School.Years later when she heard about my son's accident, she would always ask about him when-ever she saw me at the school. I will always remember her beautiful smile and how much she loved Ala Wai School. Shawn will be 35 years soon and it's been 30 years since Mrs. Ejercito was his Kindergarten teacher. I can still remember Shawn's first day of school, my tears, my feelings and the beautiful teacher I met that day. Sincerely,Mrs. Potter, Shawn & Family Blessings##imported-begin##Mrs. M.
