Hirotoshi "George" Tamura's Obituary
Hirotoshi "George" Tamura, 94, of Honolulu, passed away on September 23, 2015. He was born on September 3, 1921 in Lahaina, Maui. Mr. Tamura was a retired Butcher for the Royal Hawaiian Hotel and also worked part-time at the Kahala Hilton as a Butcher. He was a member of Honpa Hongwanji, a member for the 442nd Infantry, H Co. and a Veteran of WWII.
He is survived by wife, Annie Tamura; son, Edwin Tamura; daughter, Diana (Israr) Chaudhri;
grand daughter, Sitara Chaudhri; a niece and nephew on Maui.
Private services were held.
