Jeffrey Dunn, originally a Florida native, received his BA in art from the University of South Florida in 1967, and his MFA from the University of Florida in 1969.
He came to Hawaii in 1971, and for many years taught printmaking and drawing at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. His art has been shown in numerous one-man and multi-art shows locally and on the continent. He has been featured in dozens of juried exhibitions in many venues, most notably the Fulbright Selection Exhibition at the United Nations in New York. His art is part of numerous private and museum collections, including the Honolulu Museum of Art and the State Foundation for Culture and the Arts.
He was a lover of adventure and travel. He strove to experience life and nature, which led him to many exotic locations including Mt.
