Kelvin "Kel" Kiyoshi Kobayashi, 68, of Honolulu, passed away on April 3, 2015. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He retired from Whittle Signs as a Sign Fabricator.
He is survived by wife, Jo Ann "Jo" Kobayashi; son, Kevin M. (Rachel) Kobayashi; daughter, Joleen K. (Lee) Warnick; grandson, Collin Sampaga; brother, Ronald Kobayashi; sisters, Harriet (Charlie) Huggins, Jean (Brian) Yamane and Susan (Richard) Chingon.
