Lydy Kam Look Hee Ching's Obituary
Lydy Kam Look Hee Ching, age 96 of Honolulu, Hawaii died on January 22, 2013 at the Straub Clinic and Hospital. She was born March 4, 1934 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Mrs. Ching for many years she worked at the Board of Health as Registrar (birth,deaths and marriages) for what was then the Territory of Hawaii. She also was a Past President of the Chinese Women's Club, as well as a member of the See Dai Doo Society. Lydy is survived by son Lynn Wakong Ching of Honolulu, daughter: Letitia Ching Tom of Issaquash, Washington, grandson Bruce Clayton Tom of Seattle, Washington, sister Irene Leong of Honolulu and sister Elizabeth Souza of Kaneohe. Her husband of 51 years, Allen Len You Ching, passed away in 1987. Visitation and Taoist Service from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Diamond Head mortuary Chapel. Graveside Service 12:45 p.m. at the Diamond Head Memorial Park.
