Mabel Teixeira Gomes, 97, of Honolulu, a homemaker and a member of Jehovah Witness-Waikiki, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honokaa, Hawaii. She is survived by sons James R. and Jarry P. (Lita); brothers Walter (Jeanette) and Freddy (Sue) Teixeira and Nicky (Robert) Rawlins; grandchildren John A. III, David H. (Estrella) and Kari H. Gomes and great grandchild Mason John. Preceded in death John A.Gomes Jr. Visitation 9:30 a.m. Wednesday (02/05) Diamond Head Mortuary; service 10:30 a.m. Burial 12:45 p.m. Diamond Head Memorial Park. Aloha attire.
