So sorry to hear the news of May's passing. I will always remember how she was able to get through by telephone to Agatha and Jojo after the earthquake in San Francisco when I could not. Her message was so important at the immediate time. We also enjoyed the gatherings with Julie, Derek, and Chris, Parades, and New Years Eve at your home. She will be missed. Many positive memories.##imported-begin##Harvey Leighnor##imported-end##

I'll always remember May from when I first met her, dressed in the green jacket of her then employer, Longs Drugs. It's an eon ago, but throughout the years that crazy Vares family - May, Jerry, and Julie - have popped in and out. The McCully apartment, camping at Waianae, parties, and sharing of your home. Thanks for the memories which will live on with fondness in memory of her! I wish you Peace and much Aloha, Irene##imported-begin##Irene Fjaerestad##imported-end##

Dear Jerry and Family, I have lost a loving and caring friend and will cherish the memories I and the family have had with your family. I am still and have been sick for nearly two weeks with a very bad head cold with allergies and unfortunately will not be able to make May's services. However, when I return to HI, I will be in contact with you to visit her site. My last e-mail from her was on October 30 when she asked about Hurricane Sandy. I thought she was mending since she was sending her e-mails from work. I will pray for you that the happy memories will be reminders of all the good times that were spent. Aloha nui loa, Arlene and Aunty Arlene##imported-begin##Arlene W. King##imported-end##
i would like to share an encouraging scripture scripture from John 5:28. It is Jesus promise of a resurrection of our loved ones. I hope this brings you comfort at this difficult time.##imported-begin##nessa##imported-end##
