The Ohana of Michael Keali’ikanakaole Nakaahiki Jr, invites you to celebrate his life and memory.
Michael was born to Minnie Keolamau Takahashi and Michael Keali’ikanakaole Nakaahiki Sr, on June 10th, 1941 in Waimea, Kauai. One of five children he would graduate from Kamehameha and later serve in the Air National Guard and Air force. Later taking his skills and charisma into the private sector, exceling for companies such as Roberts, MCI Vacations, Non-Stop Travels, Handi-van and retiring as Director of Marketing from the Hale Koa Hotel. An avid fisherman, golfer, and exceptional cook. Michael cherished his time spent with friends, family, and his many furry friends over the years.
Michael is survived by his wife, Leona Goo Nakaahiki, his children, Baily, Craig, Teri’i, Kahele, Leighton and Michele, 25 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and his siblings Lambert Nakaahiki and Doris Viloria.
Services will be held on June 4th, 2019 at Diamond Head Mortuary beginning at 9 a.m. for family, and 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. for friends of the family, with refreshments to follow.
Inurnment will be held on June 14th, 2019 at National Cemetery of the Pacific "Punchbowl" at 2:00 p.m.
