I lived in the same apartment building that she did but upstairs for 10 years. I got to know her really well. She was like a mother to me giving me advice and telling me stories of her life back on Maui and her family. She was the youngest and last of her siblings. Millie, thank you for being in my life. I’ve learned so much from you and will miss your smile and good humor. RIL my dear and enjoy your FULL retirement with God.
Auntie Milie and I spoke about ever month, and we laughed at the different stories she shared with we. She was my mother younger sister, and she filled me in on my Grandparents, because I left the island as a child.She was a very gracious and lovely lady. One who was loved and will be missed. Love you sweetheart. God needed a beautiful rose for his garden, and he picked the prettiest rose on the island. See you one again. Love Don, Shirley, and Beth
