Molly Ann Wai Ung Lau Chan's Obituary
Molly Lau Chan, 88, of Honolulu, HI, passed away surrounded by family on November 14th. Molly was the manager of World of Pies, and later owner of Molly’s Coffee Shop & Bakery in Koko Marina Shopping Center and Big T Drive Inn at ʻĀina Haina Shopping Center. She then worked at the Hilton Hawaiian Village for over 20 years. She is survived by her children Cindy and Kreighton and her grandchildren Joseph, Timothy, Matt, Philip, Sam, and Josh. A memorial service to celebrate Molly's life will be held on Saturday, January 17th at Diamond Head Mortuary. Visitation at 10:30 am, service at 11:00 am. Private burial.
