Norman Aramaki's Obituary
Norman Aramaki, 85, was born in Honolulu to Gladys and Ted Aramaki, passed peacefully at home on December 3, 2024.
A graduate of Roosevelt High School and the University of Hawaii, Norman was employed by Hawaiian Telephone and Continental Airlines. He enjoyed taking his family on cross-country mainland road trips, holiday family card nights, high school classmates' gatherings, and being a member of the music ministry and men's Bible study group at Hawaii Kai United Church of Christ.
Survivors include wife Jean, daughters Kari Sakauye (Neil), Kobi Ho (Matthew), sisters Carol and Linda Aramaki, Doreen Akizaki (Allan), Joyce Villalobos (Gerry), grandchildren Shelby Sakauye and Ethlyn Ho,
nieces and nephews, and brother-in-law Kenneth Nakamura (Sandy). Private services held, no flowers and no monetary gifts requested.
