Peggy Fusae Todoc, 86, of Honolulu, a Foodland Market City pantry employee in early 1960's and a 12 years Honolulu City & County Parks volunteer at Moanalua Bay, Hawaii Kai, died in Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by life long companion Leroy Raphael; son Mike K.; daughter Peggy A. Gravela of Naalehu, Hawaii; brother Jack Yamaguchi; sister Eleanor "Fujie" Oliver; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Private services held.
