Randall K. Silva, 54 of Mililani Hawaii, passed away on March 16, 2020. He was born to Robert K. Silva Jr and Jeanette (Abrew) in Honolulu Hawaii. He was a Deputy Sheriff for the State Government.
He is survived by his wife, Doreen U. Silva; parents, Robert K. Silva Jr, Jeanette Silva; siblings, Ryan K. Silva, Rhonda K. Kostiha.
