I am so sorry to hear that Richard passed away. We met in Mexico in the early 80´s, when he was moving to Hawaii. Rich was a wonderful person, I remember him always smiling. The most sincere condolences to the Pafundi family from a mexican friend.

I was very surprised to hear that Rich had passed. I counted Rich as one of my good friends and because of his warmth, kindness and compassion, trusted him implicitly. He was a friend that I could share lifes stories with and always count on a honest and thoughtful reply. True Met's fan and good friend. I'll miss him...

I was deeply shocked and saddened when I learned that Rich died. He was a wonderful friend. I first met him before he was married when we had offices next to one another in the same suite at Kawaiahao Plaza. Rich was warm, funny, and a wonderful human being. I loved him like a brother.
My deepest condolences to you, Miyoung,and to Richard, Paul and Kimberly., My wife and I will be off island from July 1st til July 18th and will not be able to attend the visitation, mass or burial.
