Robert "Bobby" Kau's Obituary
Robert "Bobby" Kau, 93, of Honolulu, passed away on October 15, 2015 in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu on April 14, 1922. Bobby was a retired Insurance Agent from John Hancock Insurance company; a member of the Hall of Honor at University of Hawaii and was known as the Rainbow Flash; he had a total of 8 hole in ones and hit all the Par 3’s at Waialae Country Club more than once.
He is survived by wife, Violet L. Kau; son, Bennet (Elizabeth) Kau; daughters, Sandra Lee and Kitty Woo (Andrew); 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; step daughters, Caroline (Richard) Ingersoll, Jacqueline (David) Reber and Gwendoline (Charles) Coolidge.
Visitation: 9:30-11:30a.m., Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Diamond Head Mortuary Chapel.
Service: 11:30a.m.
