Rose Chun Tom's Obituary
If you knew our mother, you should know that her family and her friends were the most important things to her. She always wanted the best for us and would more often than not, put the well being of her daughters, grandchildren, and extended family before her own needs. She was the bedrock that grounded us, unflinchingly stable in a shaky world. It's hard to imagine that a woman of her strength and determination could be gone at the age of 87. For the many who met her, it seemed as if Rose would go on forever.
If you are to remember one thing about our mother, remember always that she loved you with her every breath and all of her heart. Her legacy is in each of you and the rich, happy lives that she hoped every day that everyone of us would have. Celebrate with us the incomparable woman that our mother was.
