Wayne P. Correia's Obituary
Diamond Head Mortuary is saddened to announce the passing of Wayne P. Correia. We are honored to be serving the Correia family at this time.
Our beloved Husband, Dad and Grandpa Wayne P.K. Correia passed away peacefully on April 12, 2022, at the age of 76.
Born in Lahaina, Maui, he graduated from Lahainaluna High School Class of 1965. He moved to Oahu and served with the Army’s 29th Infantry Brigade Schofield and was activated during the Vietnam War. He was a High Voltage Electrician with PWC/NAVFAC Pearl Harbor where he retired in 2012 after 35 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years Juanita Santos Correia, children Kathleen Correia, Taisha (Roland) Kaaialii and Shane (Janessa) Correia. Grandchildren Akoni (Josephine), Tyanna, Tyerra, Kino, Branden and Brennalyn.
Services will be held at Diamond Head Mortuary Chapel on Saturday June 11, 2022. Visitation 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Services 10:30 am. Burial 12:30 pm Aloha Attire. Masks will be required.
