Roy 'Rex' Rexroat

Managing Partner, Operations

Roy is honored to serve as the Managing Partner of Operations at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park, where he leads with purpose, compassion, and deep respect for the sacred responsibility entrusted to the park. As a U.S. Army Veteran with a lifelong commitment to service, integrity, and community, he has proudly called Hawai‘i home for more than 18 years. He earned his MBA from Hawai‘i Pacific University and has built a career centered on leadership, operational excellence, and honoring the lives and legacies of others.

Prior to his current role, Roy served for eight years as the Facilities and Horticulture Director at Arlington National Cemetery. In that role, he oversaw the care and presentation of the cemetery while welcoming grieving families, tourists, heads of state, U.S. presidents, and members of Congress. It was more than a profession—it was a calling to preserve dignity and honor for those who served our country. In addition to his federal service, Roy brings a robust background in real estate development and property management throughout O‘ahu.

He combines strategic leadership and operational excellence with a heartfelt dedication to serving families during their most tender moments. He lives to serve those who place their trust in Valley of the Temples Memorial Park, ensuring that their loved ones are remembered and cared for with reverence, for all eternity.

Lisa Lee

Community Development Advisor

Born and raised on the island of Maui, Lisa has been a Kaneohe resident for nearly 20 years and has proudly served families at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park for almost two years.

She is passionate about helping families plan ahead, so their loved ones are not left making difficult financial and emotional decisions during one of life’s most challenging moments. Lisa enjoys connecting with people, hearing their stories, and building meaningful relationships while guiding them through the preplanning process with care, compassion, and understanding. Members of the community may also see Lisa at local events, including senior fairs, educational seminars, and other community gatherings.

“Preplanning should never be overlooked, avoided, or left for another day. While most people find it difficult to talk about one of the most stressful moments their family may ever face, postponing the conversation does not lessen the burden. You have spent your life protecting, nurturing, and caring for the people you love. By planning ahead, you can protect them once more—leaving behind a final and lasting gift of love, comfort, and peace of mind.”
