Having the opportunity to work with you has been a blessing in my nursing career. Your vast knowledge in healthcare and dedication are a few that I admire the most. When I needed help and advice, or simply needed a listening ear, you always made time for me. You and I are both workaholics: staying long hours at work by choice. You will be greatly missed. I met Alison while working at Kaiser. She was an inspiration to all of us through her dedication to her patients, love of nursing, promotion of safety and quality. We were amazed at her energy and hard work. She was like the Energizer bunny on mega steroids! Alison was never too busy to help and always had time to make us better. My office was near hers so there was an endless supply of Peeps, red vines, and gold fish. She was so proud of you Megan! I had many Christmas cards with your beautiful ballerina poses. As much as she loved what she did, Alison loved you more, Megan. I learned so much from her and she made me a better nurse and person. I am so grateful for having Alison in my life and for all that she had taught me. Alison will be missed by all who knew her.
