Allen M. Arakaki's Obituary
Diamond Head Mortuary and Williams Funeral Services is saddened to announce the passing of Allen M. Arakaki. We are honored to be serving the Arakaki family at this time.
Allen M. Arakaki, 74, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and a retired CPA, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 14, 2022. Born in Honolulu, he graduated from Kaimuki High School and University of Hawaii before getting his CPA credentials. He became a partner with Choo, Osada, and Arakaki, CPAs until 1980 when he started his own practice, Allen Arakaki CPA, Inc. He retired at the end of 2015 due to illness.
Predeceased by his siblings, Sandra Tanabe, Lillian Takata, Richard Miyashiro, and Dennis Arakaki, Allen is survived by his wife, Beverly; son, Andrew (Nina) and daughter, Julie (Hun); brothers, Harry (Melanie) and Roy (Jaynie); and 5 grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at Diamond Head Mortuary on Friday, November 18, 2022. Visitation at 11:30am, services at 12:00pm with luncheon to follow the memorial service. A private inurnment will be held at a later date.
